Was doing some spring cleaning, and found this.
Do y’all remember how amazing HyperCard (and HyperTalk) were? Even idiot-me could do some cool stuff.
It was one of those things that made me fall in love with my Mac in a way that I loved cotton-candy as a 7-year old (as did QuickTime, AppleScript, and the Talking Moose).
Thank you, Bill Atkinson and Dan Winkler! Stone-cold wizards.
Here’s a demo of HyperCard on the show Computer Chronicles, from 1987.
