Second Avenue Sagas reports that the new half-a-billion dollar South Ferry IRT station is already showing signs of poor design and shoddy construction.
The contractor will be fixing it on their own dime. Let’s see how long that takes, and how long the fix lasts. Presuming the Second Avenue subway opens someday, how long will it be before it needs fixing?
